We NEED Volunteers

The Grand Bend Canada Day Celebrations Committee is a volunteer-run community that plans, organizes and implements the Canada Day events in Grand Bend.

We need volunteers to organize future fireworks. And on the big day we need folks to help keep thing safe for everyone.
If you are a student that needs volunteer hours we can use your help.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to host a memorable and inclusive **Canada Day Beach Celebration** that unites people of all backgrounds in a shared appreciation of our beautiful nation. We aim to create an environment that fosters community spirit, promotes Canadian culture, and showcases the natural beauty of our beachfront location.

We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and family-friendly event that offers a variety of activities for all ages. From live music and cultural performances to beach games and fireworks, we strive to ensure that every attendee experiences the joy and pride of being Canadian.

In hosting this event, we also aim to respect and protect our beach environment, ensuring that our celebration leaves a positive impact on both the community and the natural landscape. We believe that our Grand Bend Canada Day Celebration can set a new standard for large-scale events, combining festivity, inclusivity, and environmental responsibility in a truly Canadian celebration.

THANK YOU to the  Committee for the wonderful job and to all past volunteers, fundraisers and team members for Grand Bend Canada Day.
